Hey friends! I'd really appreciate if you voted for my cupcake creation for the Iron Cupcake Earth Challenge, themed "Wine". My blogs name is The Baking Bird, in case you weren't aware. The polls are located on the right hands side of the website. I think voting ends really soon but the more votes I get, the better chances I have at winning some amazing cupcake related prizes!

Thank you so much!

Wow, it's been a while. Everything is so different now, it's going to take some getting used to! Since when did LiveJournal get so damn fancy?!? I'm liking it.

My birthday is this Saturday so I figured it would be appropriate to open a new journal, a new me, to explore my thoughts and life a little bit deeper, like I used to. It adds inspiration to my life and I love the inspiration I get from everyone else. I've been using LiveJournal for nearly over 6 or 7 years now. I went back and reviewed an old journal of mine today and it reminded me of how well it developed my writing skills (ljuser: crosstich and dearbirthday). Going over a few entries, I can't believe some of the stuff I wrote. It's always fun to go and look back on. Five years ago. Jesus. I was a lot more intelligent than I thought! I wish I could write like that again.

Anywho, between starting this and keeping up with my new blog, I don't know how much I can do. I don't want to put any pressure on myself though. Just update when I can... I miss you guys and can't wait to catch up.

Love,
Kylie
